University of Kragujevac Organized the 5th International Staff Week
The fifth International Week took place at the University of Kragujevac from May 15 to 19, 2023. During this event, our University welcomed teaching and administrative staff from partner institutions representing Algeria, Australia, Bulgaria, the Dominican Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Jordan, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.
The theme of the 5th International Staff Week was Forging the future with skills and competencies for the present.
All participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the University of Kragujevac and the programs our University offers to international students. Furthermore, participants had the chance to share experiences, exchange examples of good practices, and establish connections with colleagues from partner institutions, fostering closer cooperation for the future. Our guests also had the opportunity to discover the cultural and historical heritage of our city and country, as well as learn about the Serbian language, culture, and traditions.
On the first day of the International Week, colleagues from abroad were welcomed to the University of Kragujevac by the Vice-rector for Education and Student Affairs, prof. dr Vladimir Ranković, as well as the representative of Tempus Foundation - National Erasmus+ agency, Ivana Balšić.
By organizing the International Staff Week, the University of Kragujevac once again demonstrated its commitment to internationalization, improvement of higher education and the visibility of our University on world rankings.
