Erasmus Karaoke Night Unites Exchange Students in Kragujevac

On December 6, the Student Cultural Center in Kragujevac was the host of the, now traditional Erasmus Karaoke Night, organized in collaboration with the International Relations Office of the University of Kragujevac. The event brought together exchange students from around the globe, creating a unique opportunity for cultural exchange and celebration. Open to local students, Erasmus alumni, and those preparing for exchanges in the upcoming semester, the evening was designed not only as a festive gathering but also as a charitable initiative. In the spirit of the holiday season, participants donated New Year’s gift packages for children from the "Princess Ljubica" Shelter. The karaoke night featured students performing songs from their home countries alongside popular international hits, sparking audience participation and singing. Highlighting the event were awards for the best performances, with students from India and the Philippines winning the votes from the audience and competition with their vivacious performances. Erasmus Karaoke Night once again demonstrated the power of music to transcend cultural boundaries, uniting students in a shared experience of joy, generosity, and connection.
