Call for Applications for Funded Student Mobility for Traineeships within the Erasmus+ Programme

ERASMUS+ KEY ACTION 1: Projects for individual student mobility for learning and acquiring new skills funded by the European Union (KA131 projects in the field of higher education involving EU Member States and third countries associated with the Programme).

In accordance with the signed Grant Agreement between the University of Kragujevac and the Tempus Foundation, the University of Kragujevac announces a Call for Applications for funded long-term student mobility for traineeships within the Erasmus+ KA131 programme: SMP – Student Mobility for Traineeship.

I Eligibility Criteria

  • The call is open to students of bachelor’s, master’s, and integrated academic studies from all faculties of the University of Kragujevac, as well as students of master’s programmes at the University of Kragujevac.
  • The traineeship must be completed by 31 December 2026.
  • The duration of the traineeship is 2 months (60 days).
  • The list of required application documents is available HERE.
  • Students independently find the company/institution where they wish to complete the traineeship. The only requirement is that the selected organization is located in one of the countries listed in the table below. You may also consult the Erasmus Intern platform, created as a project of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), where traineeship offers are published. Additionally, some universities offer traineeships – see the list of partner institutions.
  • Candidates may apply to a maximum of two institutions (first and second choice). In this case, the candidate must submit a letter of acceptance, motivation letter, and traineeship agreement for both institutions. A candidate can be selected for mobility at only one institution.
  • If a candidate applies to multiple calls published in the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year (KA131 and KA171), they may carry out mobility under only one call.
