International HEI and R&D institutions... Why the University of Kragujevac?

University of Kragujevac is a state, accredited university located in the central Serbian region. It comprises 12 faculties where students may pursue programs in almost all educational fields, while researchers can conduct their research in a number of research facilities at the university and faculty levels.

It has participated in a large number of international research, educational and mobility programs, either as coordinating or partner institution.

After the thorough analysis and evaluation of the strategic documents submitted, the European Commission granted the University of Kragujevac the HR Excellence in Research award at the beginning of 2017, which is a significant step for the University in terms of better positioning and ranking in the international context, improving the quality of work in the research sector and linking with the leading research organizations in Europe.
